Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

  1. The customer or user will receive information about the estimated working days for delivery of the order at the time of purchase. The approximate delivery date will be indicated in the order confirmation process and will be calculated in working days.
  2. For products classified as "bulky goods", delivery times for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands range from 4 to 6 working weeks. These times are indicative, as manufacturing is carried out to specific orders for each customer. Factors such as production problems, stock shortages or transport delays may affect delivery times. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed promptly.
  3. The products will be delivered to the postal address indicated by the customer in the order form, via the selected shipping company. Confirmation of shipment will be notified by email.
  4. The customer must inspect the package after delivery. If the packaging shows obvious damage, the customer must not accept the product and must contact CODEVAL ALUMINIUM SL sending a photograph of the packaging for verification.
  5. In the event that CODEVAL ALUMINIUM SL is unable to deliver the products within the stipulated period, the customer will be informed of the new estimated period. The customer may choose to terminate the contract and, if payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded within a period of no more than 30 days.
  6. CODEVAL ALUMINIUM SL shall not be liable for loss of profits or for direct or indirect damages arising from delays or problems in delivery. The company's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Shipping costs

  1. Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and will be automatically calculated based on the delivery territory and the volume of the goods. These costs will be clearly itemized in the order before finalizing the purchase.

10. Transport Insurance

  1. En CODEVAL ALUMINUM SLWe take steps to ensure that products arrive at their destination in the best possible condition. This includes carefully selecting specialized carriers and using packaging designed to protect products throughout the shipping process.
  2. However, we are aware that, despite these measures, products may be damaged due to unforeseen circumstances during transport. For this reason, all products sent by CODEVAL ALUMINIUM SL are insured against possible damage during transport.

11. What to do if there is damage caused by transport?

1. Visual inspection of the package: Upon delivery, the customer must carefully inspect the exterior condition of the package before signing the delivery note. It is essential to pay attention to the following aspects:

    - If the package is open or shows signs of having been tampered with.
    - If the packaging is broken, impaired or has tears.
    - If the package is deformed or appears to have been crushed or abused.
    - If the package is wet or shows signs of having been in contact with liquids.

    2. Record damage on the delivery note: If any of the situations described above are observed, the customer must clearly specify the type of visible damage on the delivery note. This step is important to activate the transport insurance. Failure to sign the delivery note without noting the visible damage could make it difficult or even impossible to activate the insurance coverage.

    3. Communication of the incident to CODEVAL ALUMINIUM SL: In addition to noting the damages on the delivery note, the customer must report the incident to CODEVAL ALUMINUM SL within 24 hours of delivery. This notification must be made as follows:

    - Email: Send an email to info@six96.com, including the following information:

    - Detailed description of the damage observed in the package or product.
    - Digital photographs that clearly show the condition of the packaging and the damaged product, if possible.

        4. Follow-up and resolution of the claim: Once the notification has been received from the client, CODEVAL ALUMINUM SL will manage the claim with the transport company and the insurance. CODEVAL ALUMINUM SL undertakes to keep the client informed about the status of the claim and to offer a solution as soon as possible.
